It is used for conservation of different vegetables such as cabbage, mushrooms etc. and fish salting, canned meat and fish cooking, cheese cooking. Coriander improves the taste and aroma of dishes of peas, lens and beans. Coriander seed are usually added to bird and poultry dishes.
